These terms cover your use of Said by AI and the paid full audit. By using the site, you agree to them.

Said by AI (www.saidbyai.com) is run by Peak Apps Studio. You can reach us at info@peakappsstudio.com. Said by AI is independent and not affiliated with OpenAI.
What the site does
Said by AI checks whether AI answers name your brand when buyers ask for recommendations in your category. The free check asks 5 questions in three answer styles (15 answers). The full audit asks 20 questions in three styles (60 answers) and emails you a report with your score, the competitors named instead of you, quotes and an action plan.
What the results can and cannot tell you
The audit measures what OpenAI's GPT-4o mini says through the API. It does not read live ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity sessions, and it cannot see personalised answers. AI answers change from run to run and over time, so a score is a snapshot, not a guarantee of how any AI product will describe you. The report and its action plan are general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting or professional marketing advice, and you are responsible for the decisions you make with them.
The full audit
- The full audit costs $49 (US dollars), paid once. It is not a subscription.
- One purchase covers one full audit, emailed to the address on your purchase, usually within a few minutes.
- Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale and collects any sales tax or VAT. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase.
Refunds
Full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Reply to your order email.
A refund of the full audit is paid back through Gumroad.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- send the check large numbers of automated requests, or try to get around the license check;
- enter other people's personal data in the form fields;
- attack, overload or probe the site;
- use the site or its reports for anything that breaks the law.
We may block access for anyone who does. How we handle what you enter is explained in our privacy policy.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available or suitable for your particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data, that come from using the site or from decisions you make based on its results. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the audit. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the audit changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
